CANCELLATION POLICY
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
You may be able to cancel your order within a limited time window (for example, within 12–24 hours of placing the order) as long as it has not been packed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact our customer support with your order ID as soon as possible.
POST-DISPATCH CANCELLATION
Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may need to accept the order and then raise a return request as per our return policy.
CANCELLATION BY AARYONA
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, quality concerns, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to you through the appropriate refund method.
