SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We ship across most pincodes in India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen disruptions, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

We may offer free shipping above a certain order value and a nominal fee for orders below that threshold.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD may be available on selected pincodes and up to a certain order value.

Any COD-related fee (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner will make one or more attempts to deliver the parcel to your address.

If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us. We may contact you to confirm re-shipment, which may involve additional shipping charges.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS

Please do not accept any parcel that appears open, tampered with, or damaged.

If you receive such a parcel, refuse delivery (if possible) and contact our customer support immediately with photos and details.
