REFUND POLICY
REFUND MODE
For prepaid orders, approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after we securely receive your bank/UPI details.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we aim to initiate refunds within 2–7 working days.
Bank or payment gateway processing times may add a few extra working days before the amount reflects in your account.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Shipping charges, COD fees, and return handling fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Any discounts or coupon values applied at the time of purchase may be adjusted as per the offer terms.
STORE CREDIT
In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit or gift cards that can be used on future purchases on our website.
Store credit validity and usage terms will be mentioned at the time of issuance.
